The hospital is located at 618 S. Main Street, Reidsville, NC. Please enter the hospital through the main entrance and ask the staff at the information desk to direct you to the correct department or meeting location.

From Charlotte/Lexington/Greensboro (east and downtown):
Take I-85 to Greensboro. After I-85 and I-40 merge, watch for the exit to Highway 29 North. Take Highway 29 and travel into Rockingham County. Take exit #150 (the second exit for Reidsville), the sign says "Barnes Street/Downtown" and this is also the exit for Comfort Inn and other lodging. Follow the blue "H" signs to Annie Penn Hospital.

At the end of the exit ramp #150 off Highway 29, turn left onto Barnes Street, go to the fourth traffic light and turn left onto Richardson Drive. Go to the third traffic light and turn right onto South Main Street. Annie Penn Hospital is at the intersection of the first traffic light (at Woodrow Street) on your left. If you will drive past the building, the main parking lot entrance is about mid-block.

From Piedmont Triad International Airport (west side of Greensboro) or High Point:
Take NC 68 North to Stokesdale. Turn right onto Highway 158 East to Reidsville. (After entering the Reidsville city limits, Highway 158 becomes Richardson Drive.) At the second traffic light, turn left onto South Main Street. Annie Penn Hospital is at the intersection of the first traffic light (at Woodrow Street) on your left. If you will drive past the building, the main parking lot entrance is about mid-block.

From Winston-Salem: From I-40 Business, take U.S. 158 East to Reidsville. (After entering the Reidsville city limits, Highway 158 becomes Richardson Drive.) From Danville, VA: From Danville, take Highway 29 South to exit #150 (onto Highway 87, which is Barnes Street in Reidsville). Turn right (west) onto Barnes Street.
