Tuition reimbursement

Moses Cone Health System provides financial support to eligible employees who want to enhance their personal and professional growth through course work. This assistance is granted in the form of reimbursement for the employee’s direct costs of tuition, fees and books.  Following reimbursement, recipients are required to continue their employment with Moses Cone Health System for one year following each reimbursement.

Participants can receive educational assistance ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 per academic year and may have an opportunity to become an employee of Moses Cone Health System upon successful completion of their program.

For more information regarding the Academic Scholarship Program, contact Donna Harris, Health Careers Coordinator, at 336-832-7089.

CT Residency Program

Radiology Services offers a CT Resident Program for qualified applicants who are employees of Moses Cone Health System.  The applicant must be a registered radiologic technologist on staff who is interested in training. The training, offered on an "as needed" basis, is for four months. The clinical rotation is dependent on systemwide needs and staffing opportunities. Upon completion of the program, if there is a position within the System available, then the technologist must work one year in this position. If there is no CT position available, the technologist has the option to be placed into a diagnostic position until something becomes available within the System or may choose to leave the System for a CT position.

For more information regarding the CT Residency Program, contact the Radiology Department at 336-832-7488.
