Don't miss out on being included in the FY10 Community Benefit Report. It is important that we collect information throughout the year about individual and departmental activities Moses Cone Health System has provided for the community.
Ask yourself the following questions during fiscal year 2010:
- Has your department donated equipment or supplies to local groups?
- Did you or your department participate in community health fairs or screenings?
- Did you provide presentations to community members, school groups or patients?
- Have you spent time mentoring students in your department?
- Did your department coordinate support group meetings or provide tours to community groups?
- Did you write an article for a community publication, such as Health and You, a local magazine or a newspaper?
- Did you spend time volunteering in the community?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, complete the form that matches the activity and return it to the Marketing Department via interoffice mail (attention: Jennifer Leonard, Marketing - ASB) or e-mail by the deadline noted below.
Below is the deadline for submitting the forms throughout the year:

If you prefer to submit the forms monthly or as soon as an activity has been completed, you don't have to wait until the deadlines listed above. However, it is very important that we receive the information no later than the quarterly deadlines.
Reminders will be sent out periodically throughout the year.
