Tremors, slow movements and balance difficulties are all possible symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. Many advances have been made in treating these symptoms. Join Rebecca Tat, DO, a movement disorder neurologist with LeBauer Neurology, Joseph Stern, MD, a neurosurgeon with Nova Neurosurgical, and therapists from the Cone Health Neurorehabilitation Center for a discussion about the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
Enter Moses Cone Hospital from N. Church St. The short drive will lead to the North Garage (visitor parking deck). From the parking deck, a covered walkway leads past a fountain and into the main entrance - called "Entrance A." Handicapped parking is also conveniently located in front of Entrance A.
Walking Directions from Entrance A to AHEC Classrooms, Ground Floor, Moses Cone Hospital:
From the North Tower main lobby, walk straight down the hallway and continue past Admissions. Turn left and follow the signage. At the end of the hallway take a right and follow the signage to Central Waiting and Central Elevators. Take the Central Elevators to the Ground Floor.
