Cooking Fish

On the grill: Place on aluminum foil that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Grill 4-5 inches from coals, for 12 minutes per inch of thickness.

In the oven: Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes per inch of thickness.

Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

Suggested toppings to add before cooking: Pesto sauce, lemon juice and dill, white Worchestershire sauce and lemons, horseradish, garlic and olive oil.
