Welcome to Clinical Education at Moses Cone Health System

Whether it's your first or last, starting a new clinical affiliation is an exciting time for all students. We are committed to our student program and we have designed this experience to be rewarding and memorable. As part of your time in the Moses Cone Health System Department of Rehabilitation Services, you will have many opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and grow as a professional therapist.

Our department provides clinical education to physical therapy students enrolled in colleges and universities and occupational therapy students enrolled in colleges and universities  that have established contractual agreements with our clinical education department. Additionally, we offer affiliations for students enrolled in contracted speech/language and pathology programs and therapeutic recreation programs. These arrangements are made by the academic coordinator of clinical education (ACCE) at each student's college, not by Moses Cone Health System.

This site contains important information for regarding our clinical education programs, including necessary questionnaires and forms, housing and parking information, and contact information. Students assigned to clinical affiliations should carefully review and complete necessary information at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the affiliations.
