As the state's first free-standing hospital dedicated to women, The Women's Hospital of Greensboro is a special place for special people - women and infants. Established by Moses Cone Health System, this 134-bed hospital is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art, compassionate and personalized care to women in every stage of their lives.
For infants who need special care, The Women's Hospital has a Level II and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

| To provide this level of care for both women and infants, staff and specialists (neonatologists, maternal and fetal health physician specialists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, gestational diabetes specialists, breastfeeding consultants and dietitians) are sensitive to the needs of women and are dedicated to providing an environment where the patient as well as her family participate in every aspect of her care. - Women's Education Center, offering seminars, programs, mid-life services and support groups.
- A prenatal/postpartum education program offering courses on prepared childbirth, breastfeeding, maternity exercise and support groups.
